Rules
onwall is one public wall for products. Your position on the board is decided by a single number: the dollar amount behind your listing. Follower count and who submitted first don't weigh in on that. Votes and views work differently — they don't move your rank, but they're what get you spotlighted.
Ranking
- Bids are whole US dollars. The minimum bid is $1.
- To take any spot — including #1 — you only need to match the amount sitting there. Bidding less is fine too: you land wherever your amount fits in the order.
- Enter the same product URL or @handle again to raise your own listing. You're charged only the difference between your new bid and what you already hold.
- Nobody else can take your spot by paying that same gap — a different product always pays its full bid.
Votes, views & the Spotlight
- Every listing can be voted on and watched, independent of its bid.
- The Spotlight carousel is ranked by votes and views, not by bid — a $1 listing with real traction can spotlight above a $50 one that has none.
- Voting and views don't change your position on the main board. That's bid-only, always.
What can be listed
- A product website or an X @handle. Paste it in and we'll try to auto-fill your name, tagline, and logo from it — you can always overwrite what we find.
- A demo video: paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or direct video link, or upload a file straight from your device. Uploaded videos must be MP4, WebM, or MOV, 60 seconds or under, and 50MB or under — we pull the thumbnail from it automatically either way.
- Chat and invite links are not accepted as your website — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, and similar.
- Query parameters are stripped from submitted links. Affiliate and referral URLs will not work.
Once you've paid
- Your listing goes live the moment payment completes — not when checkout opens.
- Clicks go straight to the URL you submitted, without query parameters.
- Bids are not refunded when you get outranked. Getting outbid is the whole game — raise your bid to climb back.
Payment & disputes
- Checkout is handled by Stripe. Completing checkout confirms you chose the amount yourself and authorize the charge.
- A listing can be overtaken at any time by a higher bid. That is how the board works, and it is not grounds for a refund or chargeback.
- If something went wrong — a double charge, a listing that never appeared — contact dondotdev@outlook.com first. We resolve genuine errors quickly.
